About me

Hey, I'm Philip!

Oh my goodness, hello! I am a Front-End developer based in Toronto, Canada. I love long walks on the beach, writing clean code, and pushing my skills to the limit. My interests include joining an exciting team of passionate people, personal growth, and making silly faces.

I used to coordinate public events in this city. Some people might be nervous to leave the exciting on-the-job learning and fulfilling teamwork dynamic behind. Personally, I'm excited to join the boring, simple, and rarely-evolving world of tech.

Other than coding, I love complimenting my Animal Crossing villagers, baking cookies, and making people laugh.

    DFL Leaderboard

A freelance project for a Drag Race fantasy league. The client was only familiar in working with Google Sheets so I used Google's API & a react package to pull data directly from a google sheets file.

    Madlibs App

Distract the kids with this fun and classy Madlibs Web App. The user follows the prompts laid out before them and the app does the rest. There are two templates to choose from. Plus the user can save their madlib and see it displayed on our leaderboard!

    Drag Name Generator

Do you need a Drag Queen name for your next performance? Use this handy, lightweight Drag Queen Name Generator to get you started. Name combinations are randomized based on your first and last name.

    New Identity, Who Dis

We at Globex Corporation do not support catfishing. But if you need a new online identity, this app has you covered. Developed with Winnie Ku, this app uses two APIs to deliver a fun, unique commentary on internet identity.

You Picking Up What I'm Putting Down?

If you like what you see, (and how could you not?) why not shoot me an email? I would love to talk more about your team dynamic and the products you create. Best case scenario, we become best friends. Worst case scenario I make you laugh and we drift apart.
